fast cars...all these make for a fuller life. |

Garth came to PacificEast in October of 2007. The economic challenges of 2009
validated his dedication to the sound business principles of teamwork and building for the future
while staying lean and agile. Garth refers to his DOG principles: Disciplined, Optimistic and a
Go-getter! He'll always greet you like he hasn't seen you for years; a friend and a business partner,
anything less would be "business as usual" and Garth is not that. |

Ken Dick
Chief Financial Officer
Ken is about helping people accomplish
their tasks and goals. Charity work, sports cars, financial reporting, fast motorcycles, boring accounting
work, water and snow skiing, business planning, hiking...all these make for a satisfying life. |

Ken was lured away from an international public accounting firm to PacificEast in 2004. In
addition to cutting his daily commute from hours down to just minutes, he has enjoyed the challenges of
managing the various financial aspects of a business in the information industry. Ken's ongoing score
keeping of the business activities and the development of management information systems and financial
projections have helped PacificEast remain stable and prepared to grow into the future. |

Scott Rice

Scott is about learning and creating! Data, hiking, architecture, reading, bacon, poetry and
never ending home remodeling projects...all these make for a richer life. |

Scott came to PacificEast in January of 2009 from credit bureau TransUnion. Scott (seen
here hiking the English moors with his family) manages product and technology development and has a
passion for creating rich solutions to the problems facing our business customers. Scott's love of
creative solutions has enabled PacificEast to launch numerous new products while establishing new strategic
partnerships that help PacificEast better craft solutions to customer problems. |

Pat is about playing music, hanging with his wife and kids and fishing whenever possible!
Jamming, fly-fishing, Southern BBQ and being in the great outdoors...all these things make for a saner

Pat has been helping companies review and reorganize their technology now for over 15
years with experience in the Manufacturing, Logistics and the Database Marketing sectors. His
combination of technical, customer service and business experience allows for a holistic approach in
providing and maintaining the best technology solutions possible. |

Mike Leszcz Jr.
VP of Sales
Mike Leszcz (pronounced Lez) is about good times with family and
friends, preferably outdoors. Cars, motorcycles, golf, and traveling are some of the activities that Mike enjoys in his
free time...all these things make for an exciting life! |

Mike (seen here with his wife at the top of Vail Pass, CO) joined PacificEast in 2010 as Vice President of
Sales. Mike's responsibilities will be focused on serving our US market and growing our newly established East Coast sales
office. He has spent the last 16 years with leading information and software providers like LexisNexis, Oracle and
Factiva/Dow Jones, partnering with organizations to solve their enterprise information dilemmas through technology and
data-intensive solutions. Mike is a results-driven leader with proven success in driving new business, retaining existing
clients and forging strategic relationships. |
